IM Wedding dresses offers a 7-day return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
If you need to return a standard size item, a 35% fee of the item cost will be charged. In this
case, the cost of delivery and return of goods is borne by the buyer.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
Customized or personalized orders.
There is no refund for rush fees.
Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer’s possession.
ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Cancellations are applicable only if the order has not been transferred to production.
2. If the customer cancels made-to-order item after production has begun, we will deduct 40% of the
item cost.
3. If the item already has been shipped, returns are at the buyer’s expense.
SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION
If you have a problem with a custom dress or custom size dress, it is your responsibility to notify
us within 2 days of receiving the package so that we can offer options to resolve the situation. If
you report later, we will not be able to help you resolve the problem with custom dress.
WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE
It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they’ve ordered is damaged or blemished. If so,
inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or if you’ve
been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.
Delivery of our goods is insured. If the goods are damaged during delivery, the compensation
received by us will be compensated to the buyer as a refund of the cost of the order.
